Company Description
On behalf of an international company established in French-speaking Switzerland, we are seeking an ERP Finance Systems Manager to take charge of and develop the Finance application environment.
Within a dynamic and evolving environment, you will act as an interface between the Finance teams, IT, business users, and external partners. You will be responsible for the reliability, development, and optimisation of financial systems, with a central role in the SAP environment.
Job Description
Your responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and optimise the ERP Finance environment.
- Lead changes, projects, updates, and deployments related to financial systems, from needs analysis to production deployment.
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data as well as interfaces with Sales, CRM, and Logistics systems.
- Administer and develop Finance and Controlling processes in SAP, particularly in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, fixed assets, cost centres, and profit centres.
- Manage financial master data, reference data, and SAP configuration activities.
- Participate in closing activities and consistency checks between different systems.
- Analyse and resolve complex issues encountered by Finance users and provide advanced functional support.
- Coordinate activities with IT teams, business units, and integrators or external partners.
- Participate in ERP transformation projects, notably in the context of the transition to SAP S/4HANA and/or a future ERP platform transformation.
- Contribute to defining the roadmap, project management, and coordination of various stakeholders.
- Support change management, ensure documentation, and provide user training.
- Ensure compliance with security, internal control, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and the use of new technologies, including AI, to improve Finance processes.
Profile sought
Your profile
- Higher education in IT, finance, management, or an equivalent field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in SAP environments, ideally within international companies, high-volume settings, or a Big Four firm.
- Excellent command of SAP Finance / FI-CO and good understanding of financial information systems.
- Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes.
- Good understanding of interactions between Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics functions.
- Proven experience in managing SAP or ERP projects.
- Experience in an ERP transformation or migration to S/4HANA project is a real asset.
- Experience coordinating integrators, consultants, or external partners.
- Good knowledge of SAP configuration and master data management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ease with digital tools.
- Fluent in French and English, residing nearby (limited remote work).
