Our client is a leading private bank in Geneva, renowned for its expertise in wealth management and the quality of its IT infrastructure. As part of strengthening its technical team, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters as well as hosted services
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and third-party services
- Continuously improve the application platform and its security through automated processes
- Integrate and maintain security throughout the application lifecycle
- Control and monitor platforms using observability tools
- Write and maintain technical documents and procedures
- Ensure active technological watch
Essential:
- DevSecOps practices and GitOps approach
- Kubernetes: advanced administration of on-premises clusters, security and storage
- CI/CD: GitLab CI, building, securing and updating Docker images and Helm charts
- Networking and security: Ingress Controller, NetworkPolicies, certificate management
- Linux systems and services administration
- Observability: Prometheus, Loki, Grafana
- Experience with ArgoCD, Helm or other GitOps tools
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka or other messaging services
- Service Mesh experience with Istio, Traefik or equivalent tools
- Higher education degree in computer science
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent French; minimum B2 English (regular international exchanges)
- Team spirit, reliability, autonomy and service orientation
- Ability to communicate with demanding users
- Proactive attitude and good stress management
- Knowledge of the banking sector: an asset
