For our Segete Residence in the Zurich region, we are looking for a
Certified Nurse HF/FH/DNII 100% Night Shift
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
- Performing treatment nursing activities
- Electronic nursing documentation using Care Coach (mobile possible with Care Coach smartphone)
- Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations
- Regular rounds on the nursing ward and in the senior apartments
- Taking on tasks and responsibility for assigned professional duties at night
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK
- Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage
- Experience as an RAI coordinator is desirable
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
