Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an internationally active industrial enterprise focusing on the development, production, and distribution of high-quality technical components and system solutions. With state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, high innovative strength, and a consistent focus on quality, it supplies customers from various industrial sectors and is one of the established players in its market segment.
Responsibilities:
You prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans and analyse their development.
You conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and comment on deviations.
You analyse production costs, margins, and key figures and derive optimisation measures.
You support management and departments as a sparring partner on financial issues.
You continuously develop controlling processes, reporting, and BI evaluations.
Qualifications:
Completed studies or advanced training in business administration, controlling, or finance.
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing company.
Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and reporting.
Very good ERP knowledge (e.g. SAP) as well as confident handling of Excel and Power BI.
Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurial thinking personality.
Very good German language skills.
