Scaffolding Team Leader (M/F) – French-speaking Switzerland

Your tasks

• Organise, coordinate and supervise the assembly, modification and dismantling of scaffolding.
• Manage a team of assemblers and ensure a good distribution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, SUVA standards and company procedures.
• Ensure the quality of work as well as respect for deadlines.
• Monitor materials and equipment on site.
• Be the main point of contact between the teams, the project management and the clients.
• Actively participate in on-site work.

Your profile

• Proven experience in scaffolding in Switzerland.
• Successful initial experience in team management.
• Excellent knowledge of safety standards and working at height.
• Organisational skills, leadership and team spirit.
• Autonomy, rigour and decision-making ability.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Training as an assembler or scaffolding team leader is an advantage.
