Role:
Our client is an established Swiss company in special machine construction. You are responsible for the technical support of mobile machines and processing plants. In doing so, you combine varied field service assignments with demanding troubleshooting and direct customer contact.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair construction machines and mobile systems
Diagnose faults in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems
Technically support machine installations and conversions
Independently handle service orders at the customer’s site
Support and instruct customers in operating the systems
Qualifications:
Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as construction machine, agricultural machine mechanic, or polymechanic
Professional experience in machine or plant technology
Expertise in hydraulics, mechanics, or electrical engineering
Independent and customer-oriented working style
Driving licence category B and enjoyment of travel
Knowledge of mobile special machines is an advantage
