Our real estate agency, specialising in holiday, seasonal and annual rentals, is looking for a Housing Quality Coordinator to join its team.

YOUR TASKS

• Carry out entry and exit inventories, including taking photos.
• Check the cleanliness and presentation of the accommodation between each rental.
• Check and organise the linen in the cupboards.
• Perform and update inventories of the accommodations.
• Ensure follow-up of minor repairs, replacement and purchase of equipment.

YOUR PROFILE

• Organised, thorough and responsible.
• Diplomatic and comfortable in contact with cleaning teams and our clients.
• Fluent in French.
• Driving licence essential.

WE OFFER

• A permanent contract (CDI) at 40-50% and work on Saturdays in winter.
• A salary to be agreed according to profile and experience.
