Microsoft 365 Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You operate and optimise the IT infrastructure, especially Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows clients and specialised applications
In second-level support, you are the first point of contact for complex technical questions and escalations
You work closely with first-level support and actively improve support processes
Operational tasks such as backup checks, lifecycle management as well as maintenance of applications and interfaces are part of your daily routine
You independently carry out smaller IT projects and accompany system changes
You document carefully and coordinate reliably with external IT service providers
Qualifications:
You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT professional or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
You possess solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems as well as Active Directory and Azure AD
You have experience in IT operations and second-level support, including monitoring, patch management and asset management
You are proficient in German, both spoken and written
