The medical and psycho-social establishment BRU, hosting 81 residents, is looking within the framework of its psychosocial rehabilitation mission for people suffering from a lasting mental disability, whether or not consequent to the evolution of chronic alcohol consumption, for a:

ADULT PSYCHIATRIC NURSE (M/F)

Your mission:

• Contribute to maintaining the autonomy and respecting the fundamental rights of the resident
• Ensure a referent role, participate in the development of life projects and ensure the quality and proper application of care to residents, respecting the establishment's philosophy
• Support residents in their daily, social skills and in activities that are part of their life project, taking into account their needs and expectations
• Carry out administrative and budgetary tasks related to socio-educational and rehabilitation projects
• Ensure on-call duties

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent recognised by the CRS
• CAS in mental health and social psychiatry or equivalent qualification; an asset
• Knowledge of the recovery model and its tools (motivational interviewing, ELADEB, AERES, joint crisis plan)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mental health
• Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel, DIR/MobiDIR)
• Residence within a maximum radius of 50 km, driving licence and private vehicle
