Your tasks
In addition to the treatment of acute medical and surgical conditions, you will be explicitly challenged in our patients by systemic, nursing thinking.
Your profile
- Completed training as a nurse specialist HF/FH, preferably with acute experience
- A team player with strong patient orientation
- Enjoyment in caring for older, acutely ill people
- You enjoy organising the best possible follow-up solution to the hospital stay for patients within the interprofessional team.
- You have good educational skills and systemic thinking
- You are willing to work in all three shifts
