The car is running. From the outside, everything looks normal. Nevertheless, the vehicle signals a problem. You want to understand and discover why. You measure, compare, check the data and gradually get closer to the source of the problem.

Screws, but not only
Modern vehicles are packed with technology. Sensors, computers and electronic systems constantly interact. You observe carefully, think logically and identify correlations until a solution emerges from a problem.

Attention, precision and finesse are essential qualities here. You work with measuring devices, test components and ensure that vehicles operate correctly and safely.

A sharp mind and hands-on work
Sometimes you analyse a fault, sometimes you work directly on the vehicle. It is precisely this variety that makes the profession so exciting: you think and act directly.

Technology evolves. So do you.
Good knowledge of mathematics is an asset, as understanding measured values and identifying technical correlations are part of your daily work.

Your mission

• Carry out complex repairs independently and take on simple diagnostic tasks
• Discover advanced automotive electronics and learn to detect faults
• Perform installation, adjustment, inspection and routine maintenance
• Work with measuring and diagnostic devices and adapt to new technologies
• Conduct system and functionality tests

What makes you the right candidate

• You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate
• You are interested in electrical equipment, electronics and mechanics
• You like technology and have a vivid imagination
• You appreciate teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues
