Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF, Acute/ Transitional Care with and without Dementia Focus, Käferberg Location

Tasks

• You take daily responsibility on a ward for acute and transitional care with or without a dementia focus and are responsible for advising and supporting residents and their relatives during illness and crises.
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process as well as delegating tasks to staff of other competency levels.
• You carry out nursing and medical-technical procedures, mainly in complex unstable situations.
• You attend medical rounds and participate in interdisciplinary reports.
• You contribute to the development of ward objectives to ensure quality and collaboration.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and experience in the dementia field
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as excellent communication skills
• A touch of humour, strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically and high resilience

The salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges depending on experience between CHF 85,228.– and CHF 113,882.– (100%).
