• Manual labelling and packaging of primary packaged medicines for clinical trials.
• Carrying out all production tasks according to the production plan as well as GMP, safety, environmental and operational guidelines.
• Careful execution of process-accompanying controls and complete, error-free batch documentation (paper-based and electronic).
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and compliance with 5S, HSE and GMP requirements in the production area.
• Active participation in continuous improvements and contributing optimisation proposals for processes, quality, safety and hygiene.
• Participation in training and obtaining the required qualifications.

• Experience in a GMP environment as well as in the packaging of pharmaceutical products or hygiene-critical areas.
• Independent, reliable and precise working style with a high level of quality and responsibility awareness.
• Teamwork skills, strong communication, flexibility, resilience and willingness to work shifts.
• High motivation, quick comprehension and solution-oriented working style.
• Fine motor skills and enjoyment of careful and precise work.
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form, confident use of MS Office; SAP and English skills are an advantage.
