Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
The company is a non-profit Swiss healthcare organisation focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities:
You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the controlling team and continuously develop its structures and competencies.
You manage the budget process, prepare forecasts and derive relevant insights for the clinic management from variance analyses.
As a Controlling Business Partner, you advise clinic management on business management issues and provide relevant data and decision-making bases.
In addition, you are responsible for statutory data collection and statistics, further develop controlling instruments and contribute to cross-departmental projects.
Qualifications:
A higher business administration education or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.
You have several years of experience in controlling or management accounting and ideally know the specifics of the healthcare sector.
Experience in professional or personnel leadership is desirable; at the same time, you are willing to be operationally involved in controlling.
Analytical thinking, a structured approach and a strong solution orientation are among your strengths.
Fluent written and spoken German.
