- You ensure that rail operations run efficiently, without discrimination, and punctually – in all operating conditions
- You make optimal use of the available routes and intervals and get the maximum out of our network
- You inform partners and customers correctly, purposefully, and in good time
- You analyse operational processes and help to continuously improve them
What you bring with you:
- Training as a train dispatcher or equivalent qualification
- French language skills at A2 level; Italian skills desirable (can be learned)
- Assertiveness as well as a high awareness of safety
- Strong affinity for the use of modern control technology systems
- Enjoy analysing workflows and processes
