Project Manager Acquisitions & Real Estate Development

Identify opportunities, reveal their potential and lead them to investment

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Investment Director, you identify and secure new real estate opportunities for the various vehicles managed by Fundim. Present on the ground, you develop and maintain a network of owners, brokers, investors, and other business introducers. You analyse the valuation of income properties, the buildable potential of land to be developed, the constraints and value enhancement prospects of projects, conduct feasibility studies as well as financial analyses, and make investment recommendations. You participate in negotiations and coordinate procedures with various partners until acquisitions are finalised. Depending on your experience and aspirations, the role may also include managing certain projects beyond acquisition, in collaboration with internal teams and agents.

Your profile

You have proven experience in acquisition, investment, and real estate development and understand an opportunity in its regulatory, technical, financial, and contractual dimensions. Well established in the French-speaking market, you have an active network that you maintain and mobilise to identify new business. Comfortable both on the ground and in analysing files, you master feasibility studies and financial, technical, and legal analyses. Entrepreneurial, curious, and persevering, you know how to open doors and convince. Your negotiation skills, creativity, and interpersonal ease allow you to combine autonomy with team spirit. With a higher education background in real estate, technical, or economic fields, you are motivated to join a human-sized, agile, and ambitious organisation.
