For our client, a company recognised in its sector, we are looking for a 50% HR Manager who wishes to grow in a dynamic environment and actively contribute to the development of human resources.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You supervise the human resources team, ensuring effective task distribution and fostering team cohesion
• You oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
• You initiate and successfully carry out HR projects, particularly regarding the improvement of practices
• You manage performance-related systems and actively contribute to skills development
• You participate in recruitment, ensuring a quality experience for candidates and employees
• You support and advise managers and teams on all human and organisational issues

You offer your new employer

• You have similar experience within a technical or industrial company
• You hold a higher education qualification in human resources, such as a federal certificate or an equivalent qualification
• You demonstrate autonomy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach in managing your responsibilities
• You are comfortable with digital tools and HR information systems
• You advise and support managers and teams on all HR-related matters, labour law, and conflict management
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German
