IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you support demanding ICT environments around hosting and cloud solutions and ensure smooth operations. You take responsibility for the design, migration, implementation, and operation of complete ICT infrastructures. You contribute your expertise to professionally deliver end-to-end consulting and support services. You help to further develop and operate modern ICT solutions in a practical and stable manner. In an open and collegial environment, you can specifically apply and continuously expand your professional experience.
Responsibilities:
In daily operations, you ensure reliable 1st and 2nd level support via email, telephone, and on-site
Maintenance and trouble-free operation of the client and server infrastructure are part of your responsibilities
You perform hardware and software installations and take care of their configuration and commissioning
Thanks to your solution-oriented working style, you professionally support customers on-site and actively contribute to customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
A completed IT education or comparable further training forms the basis for this position
Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as an ICT supporter, system administrator or in a comparable role
You are well acquainted with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, VMware and Windows 10/11
Knowledge of MS Exchange, Microsoft 365, MDM/EMM, backup solutions and networks is a plus
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills, and a category B driving licence are required; having your own vehicle is an advantage
