You work 100% in Zug and partially remote
This position offers you
- You are responsible for flawless order processing by regularly organising, checking and monitoring it
- In addition, you record and process orders via mail, telephone, or through our webshop
- You advise customers, prospects or the field sales team regarding our sales conditions – this includes our prices, deadlines, delivery terms as well as the price and discount structure
- You deal with incoming complaints and handle these as well as other special cases
- You take on the introduction of our new products, for example after a range change
- After allocation of customers, you provide comprehensive support and take care of the completion of special orders according to the instructions of your direct supervisor
You bring the following to the position
- After your commercial training, you have already gained some professional experience
- With your commercial negotiation skills, you know how and where to best engage our customers
- Thanks to your solid MS Office knowledge, you navigate digital challenges effortlessly. In addition, you have already gained experience with SAP SD and would be interested in being trained as a Key User
- You have very good German skills. Additional knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
