Mental Health Nurse

-Hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification, with a foreign diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.

• Have at least 2 years of professional experience in mental health and/or psychiatry, acquired in Switzerland.
• Ideally possess a CAS in psychiatry or additional training in the field of mental health, which is a real asset.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle required.
• Demonstrate autonomy, dynamism, reliability and responsiveness, with a genuine interest in home care.
• Have good listening skills and a particular sensitivity to situations of psychological vulnerability, as well as good judgement in situations requiring rapid intervention.
• Be comfortable with IT tools and rigorously ensure the administrative follow-up related to care.
• Appreciate working in an interdisciplinary team and be able to collaborate effectively with various professionals and partners in the health network.

• Support beneficiaries facing psychological disorders or psychiatric pathologies, accompanying them in their daily home life while considering their situation, abilities and personal goals.
• Define, organise and ensure the follow-up of personalised therapeutic support, adapted to the specific needs of each person and regularly reassessed according to the evolution of their condition.
• Work closely with various specialised professionals and partners in the health network to ensure continuity and optimal coordination of care, while making full use of your nursing skills.
• Participate in exchanges and decisions within the interdisciplinary team, exercising your nursing role autonomously and fully contributing to the quality of care.
• Prioritise a holistic, respectful and caring approach, favouring home care, autonomy and psychological balance of the people supported as much as possible.
