Benefit Expert within the Benefits Provisions & Expertise Section 80-100%
Your mission
- The heart of the matter: as a benefit expert, you are the first point of contact at our Lausanne site for complex benefit questions that cannot be resolved within routine business or that require in-depth specialised knowledge.
- You advise and decide on a case-by-case basis.
- You have experience in making decisions that may be appealed and in handling cases involving medical liability or complex actuarial files.
- General questions requiring knowledge and experience in the sector enrich your daily work.
- You act as a link between different interfaces and also clarify medical and legal aspects.
- You are specifically responsible for the Lausanne-Vennes site and also collaborate directly with your colleagues at the head office in Lucerne. On-site appointments in Lausanne (and about one day per week in Lucerne) are an essential requirement for this position.
What you bring
- Let’s start with the essentials: your several years of professional experience in the benefits area of a health insurance company form the foundation of this exciting role.
- You know the LAMal benefits field very well. And if you have also completed or are currently undertaking further training in health insurance and/or social insurance, that is ideal!
- You are bilingual and express yourself very well in German, both written and spoken (native language).
- The possibility to work flexibly between Lausanne and Lucerne motivates you and enriches your professional daily life.
- For you, teamwork is not only about collaboration but also about genuine cohesion. At the same time, you appreciate being able to act independently.
