What you bring

• You independently and client-orientedly manage complex motor claims with an international dimension.
• You coordinate claims settlement with our international partners and ensure high quality in case handling.
• You conduct negotiations by phone and in writing with the injured parties as well as with our partners in Switzerland and abroad.
• You analyse liability issues and legal aspects, and handle claims based on international conventions as well as common law claims.
• You analyse claims files, make well-founded decisions, and actively contribute to optimisations, quality measures, and projects through your expertise.

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in managing motor claims, ideally in an international context.
• You have excellent command of German and French, both spoken and written (mandatory requirement). Any other language is a major asset.
• You ideally hold the federal diploma as an insurance specialist or an equivalent qualification.
• You communicate clearly, are confident in negotiations, and adapt your speech to your interlocutors.
• You work independently and in a structured manner, while maintaining an overview, even in complex situations.
• You are an empathetic person, strongly client-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with internal and international partners.
• You willingly contribute your ideas and enjoy continuously improving processes and collaboration.
