Customer Advisor (a) 100% Swisscom

For the location in Olten, we are looking for reinforcement for Swisscom in telephone sales. You proactively contact customers as part of modern marketing campaigns, advise them on Swisscom products, and conduct high-quality sales conversations.

Your Mission:

• Ensuring proactive customer contact for needs-oriented sales campaigns in the context of advertising measures
• Contacting customers as part of sales activities for products and services
• Conducting high-quality sales conversations
• Analysing and forwarding the results of campaigns and market feedback based on an existing questionnaire
  

• Initial experience and know-how in customer contact
• Strong sales flair and above-average communication skills
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Technical know-how
• Very good German skills, French and Italian are an advantage
