Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Design and development of new products in the field of mechanical engineering using Catia
- Creation of 3D models, technical drawings and parts lists
- Carrying out calculations and simulations to evaluate product properties
- Collaboration with other departments such as sales, manufacturing and quality assurance
- Continuous improvement and optimisation of existing products in terms of quality and cost
- Conducting tests and prototype construction to validate product development
- Monitoring and compliance with project-specific requirements regarding deadlines and costs
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in product development in mechanical engineering
- Very good knowledge of Catia and other relevant CAD tools
- Sound knowledge of calculation methods and simulation techniques
- Creativity and innovation ability in developing new products
- Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
