About the job
Do you enjoy taking the lead in the technical solution design for customised ECM/BPM solutions with corresponding result responsibility and professional leadership responsibility? You can choose between the Glattbrugg and Bern locations, with a significant remote work component available if you wish.
Your Tasks
- You design and develop customised ECM/BPM solutions including Java SE/EE components or solution architectures
- You coach the System Engineers and Software Developers and assist in designing and further developing the internal Best Practice Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, and System Engineering
- Your tasks also include supporting technical pre-sales (preparing customer proposals as well as preparing and delivering presentations)
- The work also involves collaboration with the customer-side IT operator
Our Requirements
- University degree or vocational training with an IT/business focus
- Several years of experience as an IT architect in designing and implementing solutions in software development or integration projects
- Knowledge of software engineering methods and Java reference architectures at the enterprise level (JEE, SOA)
- Fluent German skills, as well as good coaching and technical writing abilities to clearly and appropriately communicate technical solution architectures and concepts to various stakeholders
