On behalf of our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Data Analyst / Expert Data Intelligence (m/f/d) responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the decision-making solutions necessary to manage the activities of the Infrastructure Directorate, to enhance data value, and to continuously improve asset performance.
Your mission
- Analyse business needs and translate them into appropriate indicators, data models, and decision-making solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve operational, tactical, and strategic dashboards using Power BI.
- Integrate, secure, historise, and model data from heterogeneous sources, notably through APIs and real-time streams.
- Develop advanced and predictive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and levers for performance improvement.
- Administer the Power BI platform, manage permissions and licences, monitor performance, and ensure data quality, security, and traceability.
Your profile
- Ideally 7 to 10 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Data Intelligence in complex environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modelling, semantic models, and performance optimisation.
- Excellent command of SQL and good knowledge of Python (pandas and scikit-learn), especially for advanced and predictive analyses.
- Proficient in integrating data from multiple sources, APIs, real-time streams, and principles of data quality, security, and traceability.
- Good understanding of operational performance, maintenance, and asset reliability challenges in technical or industrial environments.
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigour, and analytical thinking, with the ability to advise business units and clearly present complex topics.
