<p>As Team Leader HVAC, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of a team of 4–6 employees and, together with your team, be responsible for the successful implementation of diverse projects.</p><p>Your daily work includes, among other things:</p><p>• Leading and developing the HVAC team</p><p>• Resource planning for your team in coordination with the site managers in Zurich and Lucerne</p><p>• Responsibility for quality assurance and its implementation in projects</p><p>• Full cost responsibility within the team, regarding fees, supplements, billing and external services</p><p>• Assisting with the introduction and further development of the BIM method in the company</p><p>• Managing demanding projects as project manager or overall project manager</p><p>• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments to continuously improve planning services</p><p><br></p>
You bring with you:
<p>• Technical basic training with further education as a HF technician or FH engineer in building services engineering (HVAC)</p><p>• Several years of experience in building services engineering</p><p>• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and control technology</p><p>• Enjoyment in leading and developing a team</p><p>• Structured, solution-oriented working style</p><p>• Strong communication skills and confident appearance</p><p>• Leadership experience is an advantage</p><p><br></p>
