Your tasks

• You coordinate the budgeting process and support the clinical departments in budget preparation.
• You prepare financial, performance, and investment planning as well as forecasts and scenario analyses.
• You further develop controlling instruments and reporting solutions and conduct controlling discussions with the clinical departments.
• You use data analyses and AI applications to specifically comment on management reports and evaluate financial and performance data.
• You participate in digitalisation and BI projects and drive the automation of controlling processes forward.
• You prepare and review cost-effectiveness calculations and monitor the profitability of medical services.
• You analyse outpatient and inpatient performance data as well as tariffs and revenues.
• You support management, HR, and line managers in the economic control of personnel costs and manage the business case.

Your profile

• You have a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• You understand data models and data architectures and have experience with BI and analytics solutions.
• You have several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in healthcare or hospital environments.
• You are familiar with BI solutions such as Power BI, Qlik, or Databricks and are interested in new technologies and AI applications.
• You think analytically and conceptually, work precisely, and have a strong affinity for numbers.
• You communicate clearly and advise your contacts competently.
• You act reliably, implement goals consistently, and enjoy working with others.
• You are a trustworthy, confident personality and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
