YOUR TASKS
- You actively support the preparation, execution and follow-up of surgical procedures in various surgical specialties.
- You ensure professional care and positioning of patients in the operating theatre and monitor them during procedures under local anaesthesia.
- You ensure the correct use and maintenance of medical devices and observe asepsis and hygiene standards.
- You participate in material management in the operating theatre, including receipt, billing and economical use of resources.
- You take responsibility for comprehensive documentation in the clinical information system and actively promote a positive team climate.
- You work in shift and on-call duties and plan your shifts independently through self-organised scheduling.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Health Specialist with at least two years of professional experience, ideally with experience in the operating theatre or interest in perioperative assistance
- High sense of responsibility, teamwork skills and strong service orientation
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity in handling modern operating theatre equipment
- Resilience, flexibility and motivation for personal and professional development
- Good IT skills (MS Office, clinical information systems) and confident documentation ability
