What is my role?

Technology, design and implementation in one position.

You have a good sense for technical contexts, enjoy working solution-oriented and want to not only draw construction projects but also help shape them down to the last detail? Then this position could be just right for you.

In this versatile role, you combine technical know-how with practical implementation and take responsibility for the planning and realisation of demanding conversions and new builds.

Your tasks

• You create detailed execution plans for conversion and new build projects.

• You develop well-thought-out construction and detail solutions and find suitable solutions even for complex tasks.

• You conduct technical clarifications in areas such as building physics, sound insulation and other relevant specialist fields.

• You prepare tenders, compare offers, conduct price negotiations and accompany the awarding process.

• You ensure professional and high-quality execution.

• You coordinate with clients, contractors and specialist planners and ensure smooth information flow.

• You actively contribute your technical expertise in the various project phases and take on a high degree of personal responsibility.

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a Technician TS or Structural Technician TS

• Practical experience in the main construction trade

• Sound knowledge in execution planning and construction

• Confident handling of CAD, MS Office and common digital tools

• Independent, structured and precise way of working

• Technical understanding and enjoyment in developing constructive solutions

• Military leadership experience is an advantage

• Good manners, a neat appearance and a confident, professional demeanour

• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various project participants
