- You accompany our residents resource- and relationship-oriented throughout the day. You organise individual care and provide professional support
- You are the contact person for our relatives and offer them support
- You take on the daily responsibility and are responsible for carrying out daily care, medical visits as well as care documentation (RAI LTCF)
- You enjoy working in a well-coordinated team, are flexible and like to share your knowledge with others
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe, DN1, FASRK)
- Joy and negotiation skills in conversations with residents
- Independence and professional skill
- Communication skills, team-oriented
