Your tasks:
Do you want to give a new direction to your career in construction? We offer you the opportunity to join an experienced team and gradually train for the role of fire protection specialist. You will participate in varied projects, from design to site supervision, with structured support towards obtaining the AEAI specialist title.
Your tasks:
- Contribute to the development of fire protection concepts, with the support of experienced specialists.
- Analyse architectural and technical plans to identify applicable fire protection requirements.
- Create and update fire protection plans in PDF and DWG formats.
- Develop alternatives and propose technical solutions adapted to the challenges of each project.
- Collaborate with architects, clients and technical representatives throughout the projects.
- Participate in execution inspections on site alongside the project team.
- Identify non-compliances in fire protection and contribute to monitoring their resolution.
- Prepare quality assurance and compliance dossiers with the support of specialists.
- Prepare and participate in technical and coordination meetings.
- Support specialists in their advisory activities with clients.
- Engage in exchanges with authorities and various stakeholders.
- Gradually develop your skills with a view to obtaining the AEAI fire protection specialist title.
Your skills and qualifications:
- Training or professional experience in the construction field.
- Strong motivation to train and evolve towards the role of fire protection specialist.
- Practical mindset, rigour, organisational skills and good analytical abilities.
- Very good ease in reading and understanding technical plans, as well as good spatial representation.
- Good technical drawing skills and proficiency with common software.
- Marked interest in the technical, normative and regulatory challenges of construction.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ease in communication with clients, representatives and various project participants.
- Very good writing skills and fluency in spoken French.
- Federal VET Diploma as draftsperson in architecture, civil engineering or HVACSE techniques, or academic training in construction, considered an asset.
