Polymechanic / Machine Assembler

For an internationally active Swiss technology company, we are looking for a Polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma for a long-term permanent position. You can expect a varied role in the assembly and processing of sophisticated machines and systems.

Your Tasks

• Assembly of machines, systems and assemblies according to technical drawings
• Construction and piping of hydraulic systems
• Assembly and wiring of temperature chambers
• Mechanical processing by turning, milling, drilling and grinding
• Carrying out functional tests and quality controls
• Performing various welding tasks
• Assisting with packaging and preparing finished systems
• Occasional assembly and service work at customers

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic with Federal VET Diploma or comparable technical training
• Professional experience in machine or system assembly is an advantage
• Confident handling of technical drawings and parts lists
• Good manual skills and technical understanding
• Very good German skills and good English skills
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Team spirit and flexibility
