• After a thorough introduction on our campus in Rothenburg, varied tasks await you:
• Maintenance & Support: You take care of the system platforms of our customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Networks, Servers & Clients: You configure and reliably support these.
• Microsoft Products: You set up Microsoft products and assist with their operation.
• Events & Calls: You handle events from platform monitoring and take on system technology calls.
• Documentation: You document system platforms carefully and precisely.
• Senior Level: Depending on experience, you additionally take responsibility for customer projects or expert topics.

Our Requirements

• Education: You have completed a solid education in computer science.
• Working Style: You work in a structured, forward-looking and reliable manner.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call duties is natural for you.
• Mobility: You hold a driving licence.
• Experience (for Senior Level): You bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable position.
