YOUR TASKS
- You lead, promote and develop your dialysis team professionally and organisationally and create a motivating working environment.
- You ensure high-quality, safe and patient-oriented care as well as compliance with our quality standards.
- You plan and coordinate staff deployment and ensure smooth operations in the dialysis unit.
- You actively participate in daily nursing work and competently perform complex dialysis-specific treatments and shunt punctures.
- You promote close interdisciplinary collaboration and are committed to the continuous development of processes and quality standards.
- You take responsibility for organising the on-call service and participate in weekend on-call duties as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or hold an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland.
- You bring several years of professional experience in dialysis as well as sound specialist knowledge.
- You have leadership experience or wish to take the next step into a leadership role and possess the corresponding potential.
- You impress with organisational skills, a sense of responsibility, decisiveness and a structured way of working.
- You communicate appreciatively, enjoy interdisciplinary work and know how to motivate and develop employees.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
