About the job
As an intern, you will support the CSS translation services and be attached to the French department. You will translate, primarily from German to French, various translation assignments, coordinate certain assignments, and undertake administrative tasks for the translation services. This gives you the opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic professional environment and develop your language skills. Are you versatile, cooperative, and curious? Your mission
- Translate / post-edit various documents primarily from German to French
- Proofread final drafts
- Help coordinate assignments and projects
- Use and manage our digital translation tools
- Prepare and participate in monthly team meetings
- Contribute to the development of company-specific or project-specific terminology
What you bring
- Translator diploma (university / higher education)
- Native French speaker with excellent command of German
- Knowledge of Italian and English is an advantage
- Comfortable with common IT tools and the CAT tool Trados Studio with NMT
- Highly organised and able to maintain an overview
- Flexible and willing to work on diverse projects
