Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
The company is an internationally active technology and service group that supports companies in digitalising and optimising business processes. The focus is on solutions for automated data and document processing, digital customer communication, business process management, as well as HR and payroll processes.
Employees operate at the interface of digitalisation, operations, IT, and business, working on solutions that sustainably change and make traditional business processes more efficient.
Responsibilities:
You analyse costs, margins, productivity, volume, capacities, and other operational key figures and make relevant developments transparent for management.
You develop existing reporting solutions into modern management reports, Power BI dashboards, and KPI cockpits.
You connect and structure data sources, develop models and queries with Power Query and SQL, and ensure efficient and comprehensible reporting processes.
For budgeting, forecasting, strategy, and capacity planning, you create scenarios and models to support well-founded management decisions.
Through sensitivity and cost-effectiveness analyses, you identify optimisation and saving potentials and translate your findings into concrete measures.
In case of deviations from SLA, quality, or process key figures, you support the departments in root cause analysis and action planning.
Qualifications:
A higher education in business administration, finance, controlling, business informatics, business analytics, or a related field forms your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in an analytical controlling or business analytics function.
Handling large data volumes and developing meaningful management reports are part of your expertise.
You are enthusiastic about digitalisation and automation and question existing processes with a view to efficiency and sustainable improvements.
Very good German and English skills as well as a clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required.
