Senior Wealth Planning & Trust Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage an international portfolio of trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies.
You develop long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts, ensuring a high level of service quality.
You coordinate collaboration with lawyers, tax advisors, banks, accountants, registered agents, and other external partners.
You implement suitable trust and fiduciary solutions for international clients together with legal and tax experts.
You contribute to achieving financial and non-financial goals as well as the sustainable development of the fiduciary business.
You support legal and compliance and ensure that regulatory developments and relevant industry trends are taken into account.
You represent the company to clients and at external events as needed.
Qualifications:
You have solid professional experience in the international trust or trustee environment, wealth planning, or the private client sector of a law firm.
You possess very good knowledge of trust structures, their applications, and the relevant legal frameworks.
You communicate fluently in English; German skills are an advantage.
You impress with strong customer orientation, confident demeanour, independence, and the ability to prioritise under time pressure.
You are team-oriented, pragmatic, and open to complex international issues; TEP membership or STEP qualification is an advantage.
