The AFIRO association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment for people receiving disability insurance benefits. It is seeking for its rehabilitation and training centre in Lausanne (avenue de Provence 22):
A Rehabilitation and Training Centre Manager
90% - 100% Management Position
Present daily on site and reporting to the General Director, you will be responsible for AFIRO’s rehabilitation and training mission, as well as the other workshops at the Lausanne site. You will develop strong relationships with our client, the Disability Insurance Office, and ensure a high occupancy rate and excellent quality of services. You will guarantee the proper support of our beneficiaries as well as the financial solidity of the centre. As a member of the Management Committee, you will also participate in AFIRO’s overall strategy.
Role :
- Ensure and develop the centre’s activities (training workshops)
- Develop, manage and supervise socio-professional support services
- Ensure the execution of measures entrusted by the Disability Insurance Office - VD
- Coordinate the centre’s processes and resources (facilitation of sessions)
- Lead and supervise the centre’s professional team
- Monitor the centre’s and site’s finances according to the Disability Insurance Office’s requirements
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients, socio-professional sector actors and companies (project management)
Profile :
- Higher education (University of Applied Sciences or university) in the social field
- Proven experience in the sector and in a managerial position with team leadership (min. 5 years)
- Experience collaborating with and monitoring mandates from the Disability Insurance Office
- Good knowledge of socio-professional integration and social insurance, especially the Disability Insurance Office
- Proficiency with IT tools and specific professional software (ERP)
- Managerial skills (team development and leadership) and financial skills (budget preparation and monitoring)
- Skills in project design, development and management
