IT Specialist Microsoft 365 Support (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Our client is an established company in the field of technical services and industrial solutions. Responsibilities:
You take on 1st-level support for all Swiss branches
You document IT cases comprehensively and escalate to the responsible departments if necessary
You manage on- and offboarding processes in the lifecycle in a structured manner
You provide practical recommendations for the optimal use of the available tools
Together with IT specialists from in-house and external sources, you ensure quality
Qualifications:
IT training with a federal diploma or demonstrable experience in IT support required
Experience operating M365 environments as well as sound knowledge of current Windows platforms
High language proficiency in German (C2) required, French skills desired
Tech stack: M365, Windows client management, Teams Voice, Azure Services
