For our client, an established company in the field of heating and energy technology in Engadin, we are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented individual as:

Service Technician Heating Systems (m/f, 50-70%)

Technology, customer contact and a lot of personal responsibility: In this versatile service role, you independently maintain modern heating systems and gradually develop towards future-oriented energy solutions.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Commissioning and maintenance of modern heating systems in the oil heating sector
• Independent execution of maintenance and repair work
• Analysis and rectification of technical faults directly at the customer’s site
• Responsibility for demanding heating systems and your own customer base
• Competent advice to customers on operation, maintenance and optimisation of their heating systems
• Independent planning and organisation of service assignments
• Close collaboration with installers and internal specialist departments
• Gradual expansion of the area of responsibility to heat pumps and solar systems

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed technical vocational training EFZ, for example as a heating installer, sanitary installer, electrical installer, automotive specialist or in a comparable technical profession
• Professional experience in the service sector is an advantage but not a requirement
• Good technical understanding and interest in modern heating and energy technology
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and independent work
• Willingness to take on on-call duty
• Good German and Italian language skills
• Residence in Engadin
