Your Tasks
- You advise existing customers on their insurance coverage and adjust it to new life situations
- You acquire new customers through recommendations, events, and your own acquisition efforts
- You conduct advisory meetings on-site in the Aargau region as well as by telephone
- You prepare quotes, explain benefits clearly, and support the conclusion of contracts
- You plan your appointments independently and maintain your contacts in the CRM
- You gradually build your own network in your region
Your Profile
- Completed initial training (EFZ or equivalent) - career changers are welcome
- Enjoy personal customer contact and actively approaching people
- You explain complex topics simply and remain honest
- Very good German skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Driving licence category B, residence in the Aargau region or surroundings
- Clean criminal record and debt enforcement extract (prerequisite for registration in the intermediary register)
