To support the development of our clients' assembly department, we are looking for a motivated and rigorous Automation Technician - Electromechanical to become the technical reference in electricity and automation in the culinary field.
Your playground:
Assembly & Wiring: You carry out the electrical wiring of professional culinary appliances and the assembly of mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
Testing & Electronics: You perform adjustments, quality tests, and handle the loading and updating of electronic boards.
Technical Reference: You are the electrical competence centre of the workshop, the right hand of the workshop manager for organisation, and the preferred partner of the technical office for validating new projects.
Customer Service & Troubleshooting: You occasionally carry out diagnostics, commissioning, and troubleshooting on site at clients in Switzerland.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Training & Experience: You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician (or equivalent training in electricity/automation) and have solid experience in food production.
Technical Skills: You master reading (and ideally creating) electrical diagrams, computer tools, basics of electronics, and firmware monitoring.
Languages: You are fluent in French and ideally have a good level of German (B2), which is a real plus for the Swiss German-speaking clientele.
Personality: Autonomous, rigorous, and customer service-oriented, you are ready to make occasional trips for on-site interventions.
