For an established and steadily growing IT service company focusing on the design, development and integration of complex software systems, we are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer and ICT Architect (m/f/d). The company is part of a larger Swiss technology group and offers a stable, innovation-driven environment with a long-term perspective.

Your Tasks

Participation in demanding large-scale projects as a technical expert and architect
Design and implementation of well-thought-out software architectures in interdisciplinary teams
Structuring and communication of complex requirements - tailored to both business and IT stakeholders
Active involvement in innovative topics such as AI-supported architectures (e.g. RAG models), from evaluation to implementation
Combination of strategic architectural thinking with practical implementation - including active development within the team

Our Requirements

Completed studies in computer science (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent education)
At least 7 years of experience in software development
Deep knowledge of full-stack technologies such as .NET or Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React
Experience with messaging systems (Kafka or similar), containers (Docker) as well as cloud-native applications (Azure or AWS)
Familiarity with security standards in software development (IAM, PKI, encryption etc.)
Enthusiasm for modern architectural concepts, microservices and AI applications (RAG, prompt engineering)
Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Very good German skills (at least C1), English skills at B2 level
