ICT Supporter (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Contact person for IT disruptions and service requests from employees
Management of the helpdesk, processing and resolving tickets in 1st level support
Installation, configuration and maintenance of notebooks, PCs and peripheral devices
Ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure and applications
Support for server, storage and network systems (Windows, VMware) as well as applications (ERP, CRM)
Creation and maintenance of system documentation, instructions and checklists
Training of employees and taking responsibility in IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in IT system administration and application support
Very good knowledge of Windows, Exchange, M365, SCCM; experience with Windows Server and VMware is an advantage
Interest in new technologies and motivation to continuously expand your knowledge
Confident German language skills (spoken and written)
