Administrative Counter, Call Centre and Back Office Staff

As an administrative staff member, you provide customer service at the counter, via the telephone centre (call centre) and by correspondence (mail and email). In a work environment primarily focused on the front office, you deliver various administrative services related to the admission of vehicles to road traffic. You schedule vehicle inspection appointments and follow up on files in collaboration with traffic experts. You register special vehicles (agricultural, work and imported) and issue special permits (exceptional convoys and special authorisations). In a context of broad and varied knowledge, you ensure compliance with the applicable legal bases and provide services in accordance with the service's quality policy.

• Provide customer service at the counter, via the telephone centre and by correspondence

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification with 5 years of professional experience

• Training and experience in reception and customer management at the counter and by telephone

• Proficiency in common office tools

• Sense of responsibility

• Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
