The Market Excellence program focuses on understanding markets, customers, and strategic decision-making. Through structured rotations across key commercial functions, you will develop a strong market orientation and the ability to actively shape Ypsomed’s market success. During the program, you will rotate through four core commercial departments:

Product Management – supporting product lifecycle management and customer requirements
Account & Business Development – contributing to acquisition activities with existing and prospective partners
Sustainability – integrating sustainability considerations into business decisions and market strategies
Business Strategy – supporting strategic analyses, market intelligence, and long-term planning initiatives

Your main tasks

• Work on cross-functional projects and contribute to day-to-day business in different commercial departments
• Support market analyses, strategic initiatives, and business development activities
• Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making documents for management
• Collaborate closely with international teams and stakeholders
• Actively build a strong internal network and continuously develop your professional and personal skills

Your profile

• Above-average Master’s degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in market-driven topics, strategy, and customer-oriented business models
• First practical experience through internships, student projects, or trainee programs is an advantage
• Analytical mindset combined with a structured and proactive way of working
• High motivation to learn, take responsibility, and grow in an international environment
• Very good command of English; German and/or additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to work internationally and engage with different cultures
