Mandated by one of the largest university hospital institutions in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for:
Psychiatric Nurses M/F
to join our team of interim pool staff, specialised in the fields of child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry and old age psychiatry.
Join us and actively participate in the support and care of patients requiring specialised nursing expertise in mental health.
Job Description
- Ensure comprehensive patient care by applying appropriate care protocols in compliance with best practices and professional standards
- Establish a trusting relationship with patients by offering empathetic support and promoting their autonomy
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (doctors, psychologists, therapists) to develop personalised treatment plans and ensure adequate follow-up
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring safety and monitoring potential side effects
- Actively participate in team meetings and clinical supervisions

- Contract type: Interim assignments.
- Location: Canton of Vaud.
Profile Sought
- You must hold a HES nursing diploma or equivalent with mandatory Swiss Red Cross recognition.
- You have proven experience of at least 2 years in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and/or psychogeriatrics.
- You are trained in the Soarian software or willing to be trained.
- You are a professional who listens, with empathy and a team spirit. Calm by nature, you are comfortable with various care situations and emergencies.
- The caregiver/patient relationship is at the heart of your care approach.
