About the job
Shape the future of one of the largest healthcare organisations in Switzerland. The Insel Group is realigning itself and creating four strong medical sectors: Surgery, Medicine, Integrated Medicine, and Cross-sectional Medicine. Each of the new sectors will bring together 8 to 12 clinics and institutes. This will create a forward-looking organisation that networks medical expertise more closely, opens up new opportunities for collaboration and development, and reflects leadership responsibility.
What to expect
Together with your two co-director colleagues from the medical and nursing professions, you will assume overall responsibility for one of the four sectors. You will combine professional excellence with strategic leadership and promote close interprofessional collaboration. Your tasks will include in particular:
- Implementation of the Insel Group's corporate strategy
- Management of the sector; responsibility for medical and economic results
- Further development of the sector including service offerings
- Planning and control of capacities and resources
- Responsibility for the budget and economic management of the sector
- Optimisation of administrative processes and procedures
- Personnel management of business and/or administrative staff
- Promotion of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration across professional and sector boundaries
What you bring
You bring business administration expertise, strong leadership skills, and experience in healthcare, and you are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration. You bring:
- University degree in business administration
- Several years of leadership and project management experience in a large organisation
- Strategic thinking and strong implementation skills
- Respectful interaction at eye level and strong communication skills with clear and effective communication
- Initiative, reliability, and patient- and employee-oriented thinking and acting
