To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Mill Worker, versatile, autonomous and motivated, willing to invest in a small team and actively participate in the various activities of our company.

Your profile

• Training in agriculture, milling, agro-commerce or equivalent training
• You speak French fluently
• You are comfortable with computer tools
• You are an organised, versatile, reliable, autonomous person with good physical condition
• You enjoy practical work and are comfortable with production-related activities
• Knowledge in bovine and equestrian nutrition is an asset
• You have a sense of responsibility and enjoy working in a team
• Forklift licence
• Driving licence, category BE, desired

Your tasks

• Assist the Mill manager in daily activities
• Ensure the proper functioning of the cereal flake production line
• Prepare, control and monitor production
• Manage orders from receipt to preparation
• Monitor stocks and participate in raw material management
• Carry out various tasks related to the Mill's activity
• Ensure cleanliness, order and proper maintenance of the facilities
• Participate in the improvement and smooth running of the Mill's organisation
• Be in contact with our customers and partners as needed
• Make deliveries as required
